We want to ensure that you have the absolute best shopping experience and are happy to help.

 Please follow the simple steps below for returns:

* Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands.  If you think that you’ve received a defective item, were sent incorrect items, or are missing items, please contact Shop Agave Social via email within 7 business days of receipt of your order.

* Returned merchandise will be issued a Return Code for store credit that will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.  You may then apply this to your next order!

 Please note: Return codes expire within 90 days of issue date.

* Returns should be postmarked within 14 days from the delivery date.

* The following items are NOT refundable: All sale items or items purchased with a coupon code, items marked as final sale, all jewelry, and/or free gifts or promotional items with retail value. 

* All returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tags still intact.
